This is the 2nd New Year Countdown event and it is held in YunNan. XingGuang 3 Shao will be counting down here. First to appear is Stanly, followed by Judy and last is Peter. They left one by one after the event in TaiNan and Stanly is the first to perform there thus he finishes first and left followed by Judy and Peter. Thus 3 of them are wearing the same costume as in TaiNan.

This event Judy sang 3 songs and got duet with both Stanly and Peter before 3 of them sing a song together. Total Judy sang 6 songs.

First song is 《重返寂寞》(Back to lonely) by Z Chen. This song is duet with Stanly and Judy. Stanly sang this song before in 《One Million Star》. After this duet is Judy solo part. He sang 2 fast song 《So What》，《寂寞包廂》before his last solo song《遠在身邊》. Before he left the stage, he sang 《我愛台妹》with Peter. At the end the trio sang 《終結孤單》. The dancers for both his fast song are FK.
